Like most of you I am incredibly sick of election time. I am tired of hearing Mccain call us "my friends" and I am tired of clicking past the Obama channel on Dish network. I just wish we could vote now and end it all and then. . . .
I realize that it is 10:35 PM on Saturday night and I drop what I am doing to tune in to SNL and their opening political skit. And it doesn't disappoint. I feel much better after having a good laugh. Maybe I can wait a little longer until elections. A few laughs at the expense of those who want to call themselves our leaders could be fun. So keep it up SNL--you really know how to make lemonade out of lemons.
